Outline:
A series of events will be set up to cement relationships with other Creative Way partner institutions who offer training in a similar area. This will allow students and staff to forge new links and develop an understanding of the needs and provision in the region.

Modules for a new Foundation Degree (FdA) in Technical Theatre are being developed in collaboration with other institutions and organisations. Establishing links with local production companies and venues for the delivery of work based activities provides the experience industry demands of new staff and helps to build good employer contacts.

South Essex College in collaboration with Southend Theatres are offering Creative Apprentices the chance to qualify at L3/4 through these newly developing programmes.

To be completed Spring 2010.
