This one year top-up degree has been designed to build on your previous editing and post production knowledge, giving you the professional confidence to develop and produce a wide range of content.

Your learning will be vocational and concentrate on developing graduate-level skills through a range of self-initiated projects and hands-on training with the latest industry equipment.

We are partnered with some of the leading names in post production software and services including Apple, Avid, Film Master and Quantel. You will have access to advanced post production and studio facilities, professional instruction from industry-qualified tutors and ongoing support to help you on your way to a successful broadcasting career.
Ravensbourne is one of a handful of feeder institutions to the media industry, with whom it works in partnership to ensure that its courses respond and continually adapt to industry's needs.

Level 3

Core topics include: professional skills for post production; advanced skills for post production; Enterprise and Entrepreneurship, Personal and Professional Development and Contextual Studies
Completion of the FdA Editing and Post Production at grade C (44%) or above or equivalent, and Level 2 Contextual Studies unit (FDC201) at grade C (44%) or above or equivalent. All applicants will be subject to meeting threshold achievement criteria and a selection interview.
