This course will give you the chance to study graphic design in its broadest sense, working on projects which include video or film, fine art, animation, photography, illustration and interactive design. Using these different practices as a graphic designer will help you to develop a multi-disciplinary approach to creative problem solving and a flexible and open attitude to your work, aptitudes which are sought by employers.
Our specialist resources and facilities include:
digital media studios
printmaking workshops
digital animation equipment
video and photographic facilities
Our most recent external examiners report said: "In many respects the standards are higher than in similar programmes in that the scale and range of work undertaken addresses graphic design as a whole discipline rather than specialising in small areas of practice covered by the subject.
The level of academic debate evident in work of those students working at the forefront of the discipline is aspirational and demanding of both subject and audience."

A Progression Agreement is a formal arrangement between two or more
education providers. It spells out what a learner needs to do to be
considered for a place on a named programme of study. Progression Agreements
may vary in the conditions they specify but they all aim to give guaranteed
pathways into higher education.
